WE PAY YOUR PCN operates a membership service to help motorists pay off their TFL and Council issued Parking fines.
The way that this works is that once you become a member if you receive a parking or road traffic contravention fine WE PAY YOUR PCN will immediately pay the debt off on your behalf. You will then have the option to repay us in low monthly installments until your PCN is completely paid off.

Fines that are covered include red route, red and yellow box, Parking, ULEZ, and Congestion charge fines.
It is imperative that you contact us immediately via email ‘no later than the 10th date after the date of the notice of the PCN so that it can be paid at the (50% discount) 1st stage.
Please note that the average TLF charge for traffic contravention is £130 and Local authorities charge £65 (If paid within 14 days they offer a 50% discounted rate)
Please be advised that each membership package includes a limit on the number of claims that can be made within a certain period. This is specified within the terms and conditions.

CAN I PAY FOR MY 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS?
No, the membership cost is payable in full. However, you can pay back the cost of any PCN claimed in monthly installments once you are a member.
WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MEMBER?
Having this membership will ensure that any ticket you receive is paid immediately by WE PAY YOUR PCN so that no added costs are ever incurred. You are also given the option to pay the cost of your PCN in monthly installments.
WOULDNT IT BE CHEAPER IF I JUST PAID MY TICKET MYSELF IN ONE GO?
Yes, it would be if you had the money that they were asking for immediately however this is usually not the case as most motorists do not budget for parking and traffic contravention fines, therefore, they are often left out of pocket. WE PAY YOUR PCN believes in taking preventative measures rather than being reactive and supporting motorists to prefer to plan ahead.
WHAT IF I BECOME A MEMBER AND THEN DO NOT GET A TICKET DURING MY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD?
If you are lucky enough NOT to have received a ticket before your membership expires then you can either choose to not renew your membership or continue your membership.
If you choose to continue your membership then your membership fees for the following year will be waivered.
