DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER BEFORE I CAN MAKE A CLAIM FOR MY PARKING FINE?

Yes! Once you sign up to become a member you will be eligible to make a claim for any parking fine that you receive. Please visit the member’s page on this website for full details. We also offer a one-off Appeals only service if you would prefer not to become a member.  Please note that We Pay Your PCN do not pay for historic PCN's received.

 

DO YOU OFFER A POLICY LIKE MY CAR INSURER?

No.  We offer a membership service. Unlike an insurance policy, this is not underwritten by any third parties and there is no legal obligation for you to own one.

 

WHAT IF I BECOME A MEMBER AND THEN DO NOT GET A TICKET

DURING MY MEMBERSHIP PERIOD?

If you are lucky enough NOT to have received a ticket before your membership expires then you can either choose to not renew your membership or continue your membership.

. If you choose to continue your membership then your membership fees for the following year in question will be waivered.

 

WILL YOU PAY MY HISTORIC PCN, RECEIVED BEFORE I BECAME A MEMBER

We pay your PCN will only pay PCN's received after the date that your membership commences. However, we will manage the appeals process for your historic PCN.

WILL YOU HELP ME IF I HAVE ALREADY APPEALED A PCN

For PCN's that have already had a rejected appeal, we will support you if you are wanting to take the case to the tribunal. Please be aware that if your PCN is rejected at this stage you may be liable to incur the original cost of the PCN with no discounted rate offered. This amount would have to be paid by you directly to whoever issued the ticket.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT ON OFFER DUE TO THE CURRENT COVID19 PANDEMIC?

We realise that there are many motorists experiencing financial hardship due to the COVID19 pandemic and we have decided to help those in need by way of fundraising on their behalf. Please visit the COVID19 page on this website for full details.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME

Yes. We understand that circumstances change and occasionally you may need to freeze or cancel your membership. That’s absolutely fine if you cancel within 14 days of signing up any money received will be refunded back to you.

 

If you choose to cancel at a later date that the 14 days grace period you will only be refunded for your membership package costs. All membership fees, however, are non-refundable.
